Campaign Objective

Many families are unaware of the free resources available through Akin’s Family Resource Centers. The challenge was to create an approachable community experience that not only met an immediate need through diaper distribution but also build awareness of long-term family support services.

My Role

Campaign Strategy

I partnered with Akin to develop the activation strategy, customer journey, messaging, and staff training that ensured every interaction connected families with meaningful resources while maintaining a welcoming experience.

Operations & Logistics

I managed event logistics, inventory planning, branded materials, and distribution operations to ensure each activation ran smoothly and consistently across every location.

Execution & Leadership

I led onsite teams, maintained a high-quality attendee experience, and delivered post event reporting and performance insights to evaluate results and support future activations.
